OUTWET APPAREL (“OUTWET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Italian Performance Goods LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://outwetapparel.com, shop for retail products, access private team stores, or contact us (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify. We currently accept orders for delivery only within the United States. Our website may nevertheless be accessed from other locations.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: (a) contact details such as name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address; (b) order details, products, apparel sizes, customization selections, order history, returns and transaction records; (c) account and private team-store access information; (d) communications and customer-service requests; and (e) device, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers and website usage information. Payment information is handled by Shopify and payment providers; we may receive payment status and limited transaction details rather than full card numbers.

3. Sources of Information

We receive information directly from you when you shop, register, communicate with us or subscribe to marketing; automatically through website technologies such as cookies and analytics; and from service providers supporting payment, shipping, security and website operations. Where relevant to a team order, we may receive limited information from an authorized team or organization representative.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate the store, process payments, fulfill and ship orders, manage accounts and private team stores, respond to inquiries, handle returns, prevent fraud, secure our Services, meet legal obligations and improve the shopping experience. If permitted, we also use information to send marketing communications and to measure advertising and website performance. Marketing preferences and legally required opt-out rights are respected.

5. Private Team Stores and Manufacturing

We offer password-protected stores for cycling teams, clubs, businesses and other organizations ordering custom apparel. We process customer names, contact and shipping details, sizes, selections and transaction information to manage these orders. Our manufacturing partner in Italy receives production specifications such as designs, product types, sizes and quantities, without names, customer contact details, delivery addresses or other identifying customer information. We manage customer communication and US delivery. We do not represent password protection as a guarantee against all unauthorized access.

6. Shopify and Other Service Providers

Shopify hosts and supports our e-commerce Services and processes information as described in its own privacy notices. We may disclose information as necessary to payment processors, delivery providers, hosting and IT providers, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and other vendors acting for us. 7. Google Analytics, Cookies and Advertising

We intend to use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve our Services. Google Analytics and Shopify may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about device and website interactions. If enabled, additional advertising or email marketing tools may collect or receive relevant information, as disclosed in our website privacy controls. We will provide consent and opt-out mechanisms where required by law. You may also control certain cookies through your browser; disabling cookies may affect store functionality. We do not intentionally send directly identifying customer information such as email addresses to Google Analytics.

If you sign up for marketing or we otherwise have a lawful basis to contact you, we may send updates about OUTWET products, offers and team programs. Marketing messages will provide a method to unsubscribe. Opting out of promotional messages will not prevent necessary service and order communications. We do not sell customer contact lists as a standalone commercial product. Team representatives will receive only information reasonably needed for authorized team-store administration.

10. US Shipping and International Processing

We currently ship only to delivery addresses in the United States. Shopify and other technology providers may store or process information outside the United States, even though we do not share individual customer information with our Italian apparel manufacturer. International access to our website does not mean international shipping is available.

11. Retention and Security

We retain personal information as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, account management, fraud prevention, legal and tax compliance, dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements. Retention varies by data type and purpose. We use reasonable measures designed to safeguard information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not email full payment card details.

12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law and your place of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing activities. Where required, we will provide a way to appeal a denied request and honor applicable opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information in violation of applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted information may contact us to request review and deletion as appropriate.

Our Services may link to third-party websites and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
